Policies

Lesson length may be changed before the start of the lesson if agreed on by both Instructor and student.
​
All driving lessons are in car with Automatic transmission only. A valid BC drivers license or valid foreign drivers license is required for all lessons. Students must carry their license at all times during training.

We offer individual in-car training only. No other students will be in the vehicle during the lesson unless agreed to before the start of the lesson by both the Instructor and student.
​
Pick-up and Drop-off will be offered for all in car lessons (Duncan). Lessons start when the student enters the vehicle and ends upon arrival at the drop off point designated prior to the lesson. Additional travel time may be assessed for distant locations.

Students deemed to be impaired in any manner will be refused Instruction and charged the entire fee for the lesson.

If you wish to cancel a driving lesson, we require 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of the amount of the lesson will be assessed.

Late policy: 15 minutes after the start time of any lesson (if the client has not shown up) they will receive a phone call. After 20 minutes the instructor may consider the lesson forfeit unless arrangements have been made and a cancellation fee of the entire amount of the lesson will be assessed.

Use of school training vehicle for ICBC road test available only with instructor approval and previous lessons with us. Please note: Availability of training vehicle is only guaranteed if road test is booked through us. If you need to cancel a road test booked by us, please give us 72 hours notice so we can have enough time to avoid ICBC's 48 hour cancellation deadline. Otherwise, ICBC may charge you a $25 cancellation fee.

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not satisfied with the instruction you received, we will make it right, or promptly refund any remaining lessons. NB: Any lessons paid in advance (including gifts) must start within 6 months from time of purchase and completed within 365 days. Otherwise, no refunds.
